How to measure for accurate sizing

Follow this guide to measure your body accurately using a cloth measuring tape.

1. Chest/Bust

• Men: Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it horizontal.
• Women: Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust, keeping it level.

2. Waist

• Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually above the belly button.
